Brooke Marcellis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 15 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, as well as other psychiatric diagnoses – from ages 18 months to 55+.  She discovered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while pursuing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and continued her studies at Texas State University where she received her master’s degree.  She became certified as a BCBA in January 2013. She currently serves the Clinical Director for the Wisconsin Region and the Clinic Manager for the new South Brookfield Learning Center. She has been with the company since June 2015.  Her goal is to reach as many families as possible in need of services in the state of Wisconsin while ensuring the highest quality of care.  When not working, Brooke enjoys reading, running, spending time with her husband and two daughters, as well as attending professional sporting events.

Nolan Kelly is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) with 15 years of experience working with individuals with developmental and behavioral diagnoses. Nolan has been with Total Spectrum for over three years and currently serves as a Managing Behavior Analyst and Clinic Manager at the West Bend Learning Center. Nolan attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for his undergraduate degree, followed by Capella University, where he earned a master’s degree in psychology with an emphasis on behavior analysis. Nolan entered the field of ABA to help individuals with autism achieve the highest quality of life, focusing on communication and independence. When Nolan is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, fishing, hiking, and playing basketball.
