      Randeigh Dickinson MA, BCBA, LBA

      Managing Behavior Analyst

“I’m fortunate to do work that not only challenges me but also fills me with a deep sense of purpose. Every day is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life, and that’s what makes this journey so rewarding.”

Randeigh Dickinson is the managing behavioral analyst at our Livonia, Michigan location. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Michigan in 2017 and her master’s degree in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology in 2022. During her studies, she gained hands-on experience in psychological testing, therapy techniques, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).

With more than eight years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum, Randeigh is passionate about helping kids build skills and reach their potential. She has worked one-on-one with children, developed personalized plans to support their growth, and partnered with families to find strategies that work for them. Starting as a behavior technician and growing into her current role, Randeigh takes pride in creating positive, nurturing environments where children can thrive and families feel empowered. Seeing the progress children make, whether it’s learning a new skill or gaining confidence, is what drives her every day. She looks forward to continuing to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families she serves.

Over the years, she has worked as a clinical fellow, behavior analyst, managing behavior analyst, and now as center director.

She completed her specialized training in applied behavioral analysis (ABA) at the University of North Texas in 2017. Before working in ABA, Jessica supported adults with severe mental illness and intellectual disabilities.
