      Erica Boreczky, MA, BCBA, LBA

      Assistant Clinical Director

      Erica Boreczky serves as the assistant clinical director for Total Spectrum’s Sterling Heights region. She has a bachelor’s degree in speech, language, and hearing sciences from the University of Wyoming and her master’s degree in ABA, with an emphasis in autism, from Ball State University. She started her ABA journey as a behavior technician working her way to a technician manager. She joined Total Spectrum in 2017 while finishing her master’s and took on a leadership role in 2021.

       

      Trisha Johnson, MA, BCBA

      Senior Clinical Director

      Trisha Johnson works as a Senior Clinical Director for Total Spectrum, overseeing all of the Michigan regions. She received a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from The Ohio State University and a master’s in special education from the University of Phoenix. With more than 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Trisha previously worked at AST, holding a variety of positions that include Program Supervisor, Behavior Consultant, Staff Support Manager, and Clinical Director. Her passions include helping clients develop new skills, building strong teams, and continuing to learn about the ever-evolving field of ABA.
