Clinical Director
Cheryl Geniesse serves as a clinical director for Total Spectrum’s Michigan region. Previously, she worked in the fields of special education and therapeutic recreation in the greater Chicago area. Later, she joined LEARN Behavioral’s Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST) as a behavior technician in Los Angeles, California, where she discovered a passion for the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). She went on to earn a master’s degree from the University of West Florida, while continuing to work with the LEARN Behavioral network across four states. Cheryl has a special interest in the global dissemination of ABA and has traveled to Kenya, China, and Nigeria to collaborate with clinicians involved with the Global Autism Project. She resides in the greater Lansing area with her husband and child.
