Blair Monfre is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 10 years, with 5 years at Total Spectrum. She was first introduced to the field of ABA in her undergraduate program at Augustana College. After seeing the success, family support, and change it brought to those in need, she quickly fell in love with working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families. She completed her master’s degree at Southern Illinois University and has worked in a variety of settings including a therapeutic day school, school district, and now in homes. When she is not implementing awesome behavior change you can find her cooking and spending time with her family.
